Meetup is another useful platform to organize events. It also allows you to create, contribute to or find meetups in your area, and it helps you find specialized or niche groups and join their communities.
Even though it's available for anyone who wants to use it, take a moment to think about how well-known this platform is in your country.
You can create events, manage guests lists, contact participants, download attendee lists and upload photos or any additional materials that resulted from your event.

Social Tables comes in handy especially if your event will take place in a larger venue, or you need a higher level of logistics and control over guest management features, such as seating charts.
It has several features that you may not even use, but it doesn't hurt to have them available.

Creating a Facebook may be useful because it helps you connect in a more direct way with your friends and acquaintances.
The fact that participants will receive notifications about the event right there in the app is very helpful. However, we also know that attendance for Facebook events is not that reliable, so we advise you to use other platforms if the meetup has a maximum capacity or you don't necessarily know the participants.
