Racingheart - Tour de Cure Community Partner
Tour de Cure are well known for their regional cycling tours, fundraising events and partnerships, all around Australia. Since 2007, TDC has raised over $60 million, funded 502 cancer research, prevention & support projects of which TDC has funded 40 significant cancer breakthroughs in research and care.
Bec Hoschke has been involved with Tour de Cure since 2012 - As a Professional Triathlete & Ambassador TDC Ironman Melbourne / Specialized Australia. As a community advocate of TDC's fundraising work through regional tours and events. Follower of its significant contribution to cancer research breakthroughs. As a 2020 TDC Signature Tour Rider and Fundraiser. And in coaching, with Racingheart a TDC Community Partner.

Solo or Group Run Challenge
Summer-Autumn Programs and Coaching will commence from January 2021.
In the case of an event cancellation/reschedule, a Virtual Run Challenge may take its place with support & guidance from Racingheart Coaching.
Program Options & Fees
10 week program (suited for 7km-10km-14km): $350 / $35 per week
15 week program (suited for 10km - Half Marathon 21km): $495 / $33 per week
Marathon programs, please enquire.
Payment cycle options: Per fortnight or lump sum payment. Advance payment required.
Gift vouchers available.
Event travel, accommodation, ancillary expenses self managed by participant.

Complete Athlete Questionnaire & Health Screening Form.
Training Peaks (your on-line program / training diary): Connect to Racingheart Coaching Training Peaks Account (Basic Account Setting, no additional fees). Download the Training Peaks App to your phone.
Track your workouts. Connect your Smart Watch (eg Garmin, Suunto, Apple Watch) to Training Peaks (optional).
Connect to Racingheart Strava Club (optional)
Not a fan of technology? A4 page with outline of your training program can be provided.
Training Programs commence from Monday 18th January 2021+
Start on the first or third Monday of each month (its flexible, when it best suits you). Start date & program time frame to appropriately suit running goals, current fitness, sporting background and experience.
Group Training commences from Thursday 21st January 2021+
Thursday evenings (sunset ) 6.20pm meet for 6.30pm START. 45-60 mins.
Weekend group run (social). 5.50am meet for 6am START.
Meeting Points rotate between Narrabeen Tramshed / Collaroy Surf Club / Dee Why Surf Club.
Run routes featuring terrain and ocean view highlights of the Northern Beaches.
Periodic face-to-face coaching breaks may take place during school holidays (merit assessment, based on demand).
Minimum of 10 participants for program/group training to go ahead.
