Education
I am a graduate of Rabun County High School. I love this school! I attended North Georgia Technical College and graduated with an Associate's Degree in Electrical Systems and Industrial Technologies. After working as an electrician for several years, I was determined to further my education and pursue a degree in English. I have always enjoyed learning. I graduated with a Bachelor's of English. English opened up so many possibilities. With this degree, I realized that I wanted to show the joy of learning from history and people's experiences. I have a Master's Degree in Secondary Education and have been teaching for 7 years. I love seeing students light up when they figure out solutions, and even more so, watching them apply what they have learned.
Hobbies
I love music and have been playing music for years. I once played professionally and continue to play and write songs.
I enjoy woodworking and have a small woodshop. I also have always ridden motorcycles and enjoy working on them and restoring old motorcycles. I enjoy seeing the world and traveling, too.
