※以降の要項の各項目の内容は「日本語」→「英語」の順で記載されます。

バッカーのみなさま、こんにちは。Rabbit & Bear Studios 株式会社、百英雄伝制作チームです。
先日ご連絡させていただいた「エンディングテーマ曲の合唱企画」に対し、多くのバッカーのみなさまから反響をいただきました。ありがとうございます。
当初は Zoom での収録を予定していましたが、参加人数の規模が大きくなったこと、および収録上の問題から、データをアップロードする方式に変更させていただきたいと思います。参加者のみなさまの個人の環境で録音いただいた音声データを、本ページの最後にご案内している Webフォーム よりアップロードしてください。
音声収録に際してのルールや注意点、応募に際しての留意事項については以下に記載させていただきます。こちらを必ずお読みいただき、ご同意をしていただいた上、ご応募をお願いいたします。
また、本企画に際して、コアメンバーも参加する生配信を 2023/06/04（日）の14時から YouTube にて行います。ぜひご参加ください。
Hello backers, this is the Eiyuden Chronicle team of Rabbit & Bear Studios, Inc.
We have received a lot of responses from our backers to our "Ending Theme Song Chorus Project" that we announced the other day. Thank you very much.
We had planned to record the chorus via Zoom, but due to the large number of participants and recording problems, we have decided to change to a data upload method. Please upload the audio data recorded in your personal environment using the web form provided at the end of this page.
Rules and precautions for audio recording, as well as points to keep in mind when submitting your application, are described below. Please be sure to read and agree to these rules before submitting your application.
We are also planning to hold a live broadcast of this project on YouTube on 2023/06/04 at 14:00 (Japan Standard Time). The core members will be present, and please join.

個人で録音したファイルを所定のフォーム（後述）にてアップロード
Upload your personally recorded files using the prescribed form (see below)
「6.練習用キットについて」にて、サンプルの音声ファイルや楽譜ファイルをご用意しております
メロディ内に一部高い音がありますので、男性の方は1オクターブ下げて歌っていただいて問題ございません
その場合は「練習用キット」の「歌唱のみ（男性）」をご参照ください
歌唱にあたっては、サンプル、譜面どおりのメロディでの歌唱をお願いします
以下のような歌唱は対象外となります
独自に改変したもの
移調（※オクターブ以外にキーを変えること）したもの
著しく異なるテンポや音程での歌唱
「ラララ」以外の歌詞
エコーやリバーブなどのエフェクト処理をしたもの
「歌声のみ」を収録するためです
「歌声のみ」がマイクに入るようにしてください
歌声以外に伴奏などが入った場合は対象外とさせていただきます
ワイヤレスイヤホンマイク（AirPods など）の使用は、音質的に対象外となる可能性が高いです
事前に録音してご確認いただき、歌声以外が混入するようでしたら有線イヤホンマイクの使用を推奨します
録音の際に用いるツールは問いません
スマホのボイスメモなどでも問題ありません
以下のデータ形式のいずれかでアップしてください
データ形式
「.wav」形式（44.1kHz もしくは 48kHz）
「.mp3」形式 (ビットレートは 192kbps 以上)
「.m4a」形式
ファイル名（2023/06/03 追記）
拡張子以外のファイル名は任意です
歌唱はお一人でも複数で集まってでもどちらでも構いません
複数で歌唱する場合は、応募フォームの該当質問事項にてご回答ください
Sample audio files and sheet music files are available at "6.About the practice kit".
There are some high notes in the melody, so male singers may sing an octave lower.
In this case, please refer to the "Singing Only (Male)" of the "Practice Kit.
Please sing the melody as per the sample and score.
The following types of singing are not eligible
Songs that have been altered in any way
Transposed (*changing the key to a key other than octave)
Singing at a significantly different tempo or pitch
Lyrics other than "la la la la"
Songs with effects such as echo or reverb
To record "singing voices only."
Therefore, make sure that "singing voice only" enters the microphone
Any accompaniment other than singing voice will not be considered.
Use of wireless earphone microphones (AirPods, etc.) is likely to be disqualified due to sound quality.
If you have a microphone test before the event, we recommend using a wired earphone microphone if you hear anything other than singing voices.
Any tool can be used for recording.
A voice memo on a cell phone is fine.
Please upload your data in one of the following formats and the file name

Any file name other than the file extension is acceptable.
Since the recording will be of the singing voice only, you are free to turn the camera on or off during the recording.
You may sing alone or in a group.
If you are singing with more than one singer, please answer the relevant questions on the application form.

本企画へ応募いただいた方には、弊社が歌唱データを利用することに伴う、一切の報酬請求権はありません
歌唱データに係る著作隣接権その他実演家としての著作権法上のすべての権利（将来法令の改正等によって付与されるものを含む）、その他一切の知的財産権は総て、応募頂いた時点を以て応募者から Rabbit & Bear Studios 株式会社に譲渡されます
応募者は弊社又は弊社が指定する第三者に対し、実演家人格権を行使しないものとします
弊社又は弊社が指定する第三者は、応募者の事前の承諾なく、歌唱データを利用することができ、その際は必要となる改変を行うことができるものとします
採用される歌唱データは、原則として、応募者自身（複数での歌唱も可）が歌唱し、応募者自身が権利を有しているものに限ります
以下に該当する歌唱データは採用対象外となります
本企画のテーマから逸脱していると判断されたもの
知的財産権、名誉、信用、肖像、プライバシー等の第三者の権利を侵害するもの
公序良俗に反するもの
第三者に利用許諾をしているもの
権利者からなんらかの権利主張がなされたもの
弊社が不適切と判断したもの
応募者が以下の行為を行ったと認められ、弊社に損害が生じた場合は、当該応募者に対して損害賠償を請求できるものとします
応募の際に虚偽の内容を申請した場合
第三者のメールアドレス、バッカーネーム等を不正に使用した場合
ハッキング・スパム等によって弊社の通信機器等の機能を妨害、破壊するなど、本企画の運営妨害を行った場合
その他、弊社もしくは第三者に不利益もしくは損害を与える行為を行うなど、応募者として不適切であると弊社が判断した場合
練習キットの内容や説明会での動画・音声・画像等を、ホームページ、ブログ、Twitter、Instagramなどを含むインターネット上へ投稿することを禁止いたします
SNSなどでのアイコンやヘッダーでの利用、印刷物への掲載、その他許可のない流用や転載も禁止いたします
歌唱データが使用されたかどうか等のお問い合わせにはお答えできませんので、あらかじめご了承ください
いただいた個人情報は、当企画の実施のために必要な範囲内で利用いたします
お一人につき一回のみの応募とし、変更や修正はできません
The applicant of this project has no right to claim any remuneration for the use of the singing data by our company.
All copyrights, neighboring rights, and all other rights under the Copyright Act as a performer (including those that may be granted in the future as a result of amendments to laws and regulations, etc.) and all other intellectual property rights pertaining to the singing data will be transferred from the applicant to Rabbit & Bear Studios Inc. at the time of submission of the application.
The applicant shall not exercise his/her moral rights as a performer against us or any third party designated by us.
Our company or a third party designated by our company may use the singing data without the prior consent of the applicant and may make any necessary modifications to the singing data.
In principle, the singing data to be used must be sung by the applicant himself/herself (multiple singers are also acceptable), and the applicant must own the rights to the data.
Singing data that falls under any of the following will not be considered for adoption
Entries that are deemed to deviate from the theme of this project
Entries that infringe on the rights of third parties, such as intellectual property rights, honor, credit, portrait, privacy, etc.
Entries that offend public order and morals
Entries that have been licensed for use to a third party
Material for which a rights holder has made a claim of some kind
That which we deem inappropriate
If an applicant is found to have committed any of the following acts and causes damage to the Company, the Company shall be entitled to claim compensation from the applicant.
If you submit false information in your application.
Unauthorized use of a third party's email address, backer name, etc.
If you interfere with the operation of this project by hacking, spamming, or otherwise interfering with or destroying the functions of our telecommunications equipment or other devices.
Any other conduct that we deem inappropriate as an applicant, such as conduct that may cause disadvantage or damage to us or a third party.
Posting the contents of the practice kit or any video, audio, or images from the briefing session on the Internet, including websites, blogs, Twitter, Instagram, etc., is prohibited.
Use as icons or headers on social networking sites, publication in printed materials, or any other unauthorized use or reprinting is also prohibited.
Please note that we cannot respond to inquiries regarding whether or not singing data has been used.
We will use your personal information only to the extent necessary for the implementation of this project.
Only one application per person and cannot be changed or modified.
事前に通知することなく、本企画を変更･中止･終了する場合があります
変更・中止・終了により生じた損害については、一切責任を負いません
This program is subject to change, cancellation, or termination without prior notice.
We are not responsible for any damage caused by the change, cancellation, or termination of the program.
応募者は、自己の責任と負担において本企画に参加するものとします
本企画は、事前に何ら通告なく応募方法を変更する場合があります
弊社は、本企画に参加したこと又は参加ができないことによって引き起こされた損害について、直接的又は間接的な損害を問わず一切責任を負わないものとします
本企画に参加したことにより発生した、応募者とその他の第三者との間で生じるいかなる紛争についても、弊社は免責されるものとします
Applicants shall participate in this project at their own risk and expense.
The application process is subject to change without prior notice.
We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by your participation or inability to participate in this project.
We will be held harmless from any disputes that may arise between entrants and other third parties as a result of their participation in this contest.
