WORK ETHICS
As a former member of various groups, clubs, and organizations, I can attest to the fact that I am a decent groupmate to work with. When I am in charge of a group, I try to be as active and responsible as possible so that we can complete the task effectively. When I am not the leader, however, I am completely reliant on my teammates. I'm still involved, but they handle the majority of the work.
My ability to perform depends entirely on the task at hand. If the task is something I am good at, I will take the initiative to perform it and most likely ace it; however, if it is something I am unfamiliar with, I will simply stay quiet and assist my groupmates by doing what they say. Group projects in school taught me the value of working together and doing my best to make a positive impact with the help of others.
As a member of the industry's or company's workforce, I see myself as a relatively good and well-rounded team member. Work ethics help to foster increased productivity and teamwork among your employees, as well as positive working relationships. There is still much I can improve on, and learning about work ethics will certainly help me in building good relationships with others and performing well as a member.
