2022-2023 Bulacan Council Scout Representative Cieo Ann Odal of Calumpit, Bulacan, born on December 10, 2003 is the co-founder of the Bulacan Council Youth Task Group. In her time along with CSR Vencer, she mostly handles the external affairs and maintains regular contacts to the Council. 

2022-2023 Bulacan Council Scout Representative Emmanuel Palileo Vencer of Obando, Bulacan, born on April 16, 2004 is the founder of the Bulacan Council Youth Task Group. In his time, he handles mostly the internal affairs and organization of the BCYTG.
