For an additional $30, attendees can obtain APA and NY accredited CEs for all workshops and CE-bearing convention sessions they attend (pending verification of attendance and completed course evaluations). We expect that all conference symposia will be CE-eligible in addition to the opening and closing plenaries. For the 2026 conference, the number of CEs will depend on the number of submissions that qualify. But we expect at least 18 hrs.
Student Discount Verification: To qualify for the conference and workshop registration discounts, we will need proof of your student status. This could be a scanned copy or a photo of your student ID with the expiration date or another official document that states your name, training program, and current academic standing. Insufficient documentation will necessitate cancelling your discounted registration with a $10 processing fee. Please have this document ready when you register!
Student Travel Funds: The application deadline for student presenter travel funds will be announced soon.
Postdoc Discounts: We offer student discounts to postdocs that earn less than living wage in their state. To receive this discount, please email info@r-pas.org with proof of your wage being below living wage. For U.S. postdocs, please refer to this website to determine the living wage in your state.
