The hotel booking page is no longer showing rooms. But you still may be able to get one or more nights at the reduced rate if you call the hotel’s Sales office at +1-757-305-9001 and ask for Sommer. Identify yourself as an "R-PAS" conference attendee with the group code "RPA."
Booking from other time zones: If their sales office is not open when you call, send an email sales@hiltongardeninnvb.com with your name and range of dates you wish to book, and they will contact you.
The last half of May, these rooms are typically around $400/night. While they last, you can also book 3 days pre- and post-conference at the special rate.
*There is a choice to add parking for $15, but it is free for conference attendees.
