Student Wellness

Deputy Headmaster: Pierre Jacobs

Wellness Department message:

The Wellness Department is in its second year of existence at Queen’s College.

Our Headmaster has challenged all staff and learners to become known as the school that cares the most and this has resulted in a fundamental paradigm shift.

So the Wellness Department was born from a desire to serve our learners in an even more caring and uplifting way.

We have many competent and enthusiastic staff members who have volunteered their various skills, knowledge and expertise in this department in order to serve the learners of Queen’s College.

The two main branches of wellness at this stage are individual counseling and the Mentorship Program.

This Mentorship groups are 15 members in total, excluding the staff member and consists of learners from each grade.

The main focus of the Mentorship Program is to build strong and healthy relationships throughout the school, across all spheres and to foster and nurture brotherhood.

We care about the well-being of all our learners and their families.

During this time of National lockdown we would like to find out how you are coping.

Please take a few minutes to complete the attached Wellness Questionnaire?
