Q: My mouse cursor disappeared! What do I do?
A: Try restarting the Chrome Book. It's a common error that a restart tends to fix. If you keep having problems, come to us.
Q: Do I have to pay for my repairs?
A: This is a case by case problem. If there is many signs of user caused damage, yes, but if the Chrome Book is broken due to it being defective, no. This is decided at the School's Discretion.
Q: Should I buy insurance for my Chrome Book?
A: Absolutely. Insurance costs $25 and you get two free repairs. Paying for a single repair without insurance is $35. Make the smart choice.
