​The Spartan Scoop is a newspaper by the students and for the students of Queensbury High School. The Spartan Scoop staff writes to inform, to educate, to entertain, and to provide multiple viewpoints for the Queensbury High students, teachers, and staff. Our staff will aspire to honestly, accurately, and impartially report news that the staff deems important, interesting, and relevant to Queensbury students. The staff will mainly focus on school and local news, but will cover any news that could affect the student body. The Spartan Scoop will address all topics that have important news values and will abide by the clauses in the SPJ Code of Ethics. The Spartan Scoop operates under the guidance of its advisors: Mrs. Dennett and Mr. Cowper.
