Our story begins with our son. At an early age he was diagnosed with severe allergic response to local pollens which were manifesting as asthma. In our research we discovered that consumption of local honey could have beneficial effects. It was then that we became interested in keeping bees.

Over the next several years, with copious amounts of our own locally produced honey added to our son's diet his allergic responses did reduce. What started as an effort to help our son has turned into a passion for bees and beekeeping.

In keeping bees, you become more aware of your environment, what is blooming, the use of pesticides and how honeybees are essential to our food. Honeybees are responsible for pollinating 70 out of the top 100 human food crops, which supply about 90 percent of the world’s nutrition! Source:


We have truly local organic upper valley napa wildflower honey for sale

Our honey is sustainably managed, and we practice ethical beekeeping.

Our hives are located next to Bothe state park where the bees can forage on countless sources of nectar and pollen.

We are a Certified Culinary Garden Approved Source by the County of Napa department of agriculture and environmental services and our honey is preferred by local chefs!
