MISSION
At Quality Care Preference LLC, we offer community-based treatment facilities where our trained staff provides supervision and direction to a small number of residents. Our group homes are a compassionate and cost-effective alternative to more restrictive institutionalized settings, and are regarded as a middle range placement option for troubled youth.
VISION
Our vision is universal access to trauma-informed care that recognizes addiction and trauma. We aim to lead in this field with compassionate, evidence-based treatment empowering recovery. We plan to expand services, partner with communities, and advocate for policies supporting care. Ultimately, our goal is to transform lives by helping individuals overcome trauma and addiction.

OUR STAFF
Tesa is a well established clinician that has been in the field for over 15 years. She has experience in treating youth and adult clients suffering from substance abuse. She is licensed in multiple states and has experience utilizing various modalities such as DBT, CBT and EMDR. She is ecstatic to expand her counseling services into the Nebraska area. Tesa has skills in crisis de-escalation, group therapy, individual therapy, discharge planning, assessments with AUDIT for alcohol abuse, GAD-7 for anxiety, SBQR for suicidal risk assessment and PHQ-9 for depression
Cristopher has worked in the field with children who suffer from emotional and behavioral needs for over 13 years. He has experience in writing and implementing trauma informed care as well as evidence based practice programming. He is a certified MANDT, SCM instructor and trained in CPI as well as various other crisis de-escalation programs. He has consulted with numerous youth residential treatment facilities across the midwest such as: Nebraska, Montana, South Dakota ect….He has worked in every capacity starting as a youth care care worker and has recently held the title of interim executive director. He has worked in a multitude of settings including: acute hospitals, group homes, transitional living etc… He is also ecstatic to extend his talents to working with Nebraska youth.
