Chair -The PAC Chair is a voice for parents at the school, regularly communicating with school administrators and leadership staff. You'll work with the PAC executive team on projects and events to make the school a better place for all students. This role can be shared by one or more people.
As PAC Chair, you’ll lead ongoing initiatives, consult with parents, and work closely with the PAC team to achieve set goals. You’ll also facilitate all PAC meetings (typically 1-2 per month) and should be familiar with the Constitution, By-laws, and Code of Conduct.
Approximate time commitment: 2-3 hours per week, with more time required during event planning, and less during quieter times.
Co-Chair and Communications- The PAC Co-Chair supports the Chair and may step in when needed. It can be combined with any Member-at-Large or Coordinator position.

Secretary- The Secretary keeps everyone organized! You'll record, distribute, and file minutes of PAC meetings, maintain the Constitution and By-laws, and handle correspondence. This role is perfect for someone with good typing and organizational skills. It’s one of the lighter commitment roles in the executive, making it flexible with different schedules.
Approximate time commitment: 1 hour per week, mainly during meeting weeks.
Treasurer- Are you a numbers person? The Treasurer role is ideal for someone with skills in accounting or bookkeeping. You’ll ensure PAC funds are properly recorded, draft budgets, apply for grants, and prepare financial reports.
Approximate time commitment: Around 4 hours per month, with financial updates required for all PAC meetings.
Members-at-Large -These executive roles can be tailored to your interests, such as taking on a coordinator or committee role. Members-at-Large attend most PAC meetings and report on their activities.

Class Representatives for Each Classroom This flexible role allows you to be more connected to your child’s classroom. As a Class Rep, you'll build a class contact list, keep parents informed, and help foster a sense of community. You’ll also attend PAC meetings as much as possible.
