On Tuesday, November 26, 2024, the Department of Mathematics at the College of Education at Al-Qadisiyah University held a workshop entitled "How to Use the Turing Electronic Retrieval Program." The workshop was presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Korkis Shahid Muhammad and Assistant Professor Rana Talib Shuwai. It was held in the Department of Mathematics in the Dr. Abdul Hamid Al-Khazraji Hall.

Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education, Professor Dr. Sattar Hamid Hamza Al-Janabi, and the follow-up of the Head of the Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Korkis Shahid Muhammad, the Honorable, the Department of Mathematics in the College of Education held a scientific symposium under the title (DNA Mathematics). The symposium was attended by both Professor Dr. Hassan Rashid Yassin and Assistant Professor Dr. Mithaq Hamza Kaeem     

The symposium aimed to shed light on the applications of mathematics and its intersection with other medical, biological and chemical specialties

Under the patronage of the President of the University of Al-Qadisiyah, Professor Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education, Professor Dr. Sattar Hamid Hamza Al-Janabi, the Department of Mathematics in the College of Education held a scientific workshop on the electronic reasoning program Turnitin, in the hall of Dr. Abdul Hamid Al-Khazraji, and the workshop lecturer was Assistant Professor Dr. Korkis Shahid Muhammad.

The workshop aimed to define the concept of plagiarism, distinguish it from scientific citation, and identify some methods to avoid plagiarism and how to register in the program and work on it with practical application.

Today, Tuesday, corresponding to 11/15/2022, Assistant Professor Dr. Khaled Shiaa Khairallah was celebrated, in appreciation of his great efforts and dedication to work throughout his assumption of the position of chair of the Mathematics Department, and the honor was attended by members of the Council of the College of Education and the teaching staff in the Mathematics Department, and in the Khazraji hall in the department, and the price of Mr. Dean Prof. Dr. Sattar Hamid Hamza Al Janabi, as well as the members of the College Council and the teachers, the efforts of Dr. Khaled Shiaa Khairallah in managing the department in light of the exceptional circumstances that passed and his distinguished efforts in completing the work and his great cooperation with the rest of the departments, wishing him continued success and prosperity
