If the Application provides internet access, VPN, or proxy services:
Lawful Use: You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to accessing prohibited content, hacking, or distributing malware.
No Abuse: You must not use the Service to burden our servers or interfere with other users' experience.
Speed & Availability: Actual connection speed and service availability may vary based on your location and network conditions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
If the Application is categorized as Entertainment (e.g., Prank Call, Idol Simulation):
Simulation Only: You acknowledge that the content (calls, messages, videos) is simulated/fake and generated by the system or AI. It is not real communication.
Prank Responsibility: You are solely responsible for how you use these features. You agree not to use the Application to harass, frighten, or harm others.
Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription ("Premium").
Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription by going to your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.
Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of QTONZ INFOSOFT PRIVATE LIMITED and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without our written permission.
