These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications, websites, and services (collectively, the "Service" or "Applications") provided by QTONZ INFOSOFT PRIVATE LIMITED ("We", "Us", or "Our").
By downloading, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service. You also agree to be bound by the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).Â
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with these Terms.
Personal Use: The Service is intended for your personal, non-commercial use.
Restrictions: You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
For Wallpaper Apps: All wallpapers provided are for personal use as device backgrounds only. You may not redistribute or sell the digital assets provided within the app.
For AR Draw Apps: The AR tracing features are tools to assist your creativity. Users are solely responsible for the content they choose to trace or create. Please ensure you have the right to use any third-party images you import into the app.
For Launcher Apps: The application provides a customized interface for your device. It does not modify the core operating system or affect your device's warranty.
If the Application is categorized as Entertainment or Creativity (e.g., AR Draw, Prank features):
Simulation Only: You acknowledge that certain effects or simulated communications are not real and are generated by the system for entertainment or artistic purposes.
User Responsibility: You agree not to use the Application to harass, frighten, or infringe upon the rights of others.
Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription ("Premium").
Payment: Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of QTONZ INFOSOFT PRIVATE LIMITED and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without our written permission.
By using the Service, you warrant that:
You will not post or transmit any content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
You are solely responsible for any data or information you input into the Application.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
IN NO EVENT SHALL QTONZ INFOSOFT PRIVATE LIMITED BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
