BLUETOOTH_CONNECT: Lets the app connect to Bluetooth devices (like wireless earbuds or speakers) if users want to test or clean external audio hardware.
BLUETOOTH_SCAN: Allows the app to search for nearby Bluetooth devices. This could be useful if users wish to locate and clean or test newly discovered speakers or headphones.
BLUETOOTH: Grants general permission to perform Bluetooth operations (pairing, data transfer, etc.) necessary for comprehensive speaker testing or cleaning functionality on Bluetooth devices.
MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS: Lets the app adjust global audio settings—such as volume level or equalizer settings—so it can accurately emit cleaning tones and frequencies.
