1. Introduction

Qzee Games LLP ("we", "our", or "us") operates the VividNex: AI Photo Editor 4Kx mobile application (the "App") available on the Google Play Store. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your data when you use VividNex: AI Photo Editor 4K.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

2a. Photos and Images You Provide

When you use the AI photo generator, enhancer, or background remover features, you select photos from your device. These images are transmitted to our cloud processing servers solely to perform the AI transformation you requested. Processed images are returned to your device and are not stored on our servers after processing is complete. We do not use your photos to train AI models or for any purpose other than delivering your requested output.

2b. Usage and Analytics Data

We collect anonymised data about how you interact with the App — such as features opened, session duration, and crash reports. This data helps us improve performance and fix bugs. It is collected through Firebase Analytics and does not identify you personally.

2c. Device and Log Data

When you use the App, our servers may automatically record standard log information including your device type, operating system version, app version, IP address (used for routing only, not stored), and the time and date of your request. This data is used for service delivery and security monitoring.

2d. Advertising Data

The App displays advertisements served by third-party ad networks (see Section 5). These networks may collect device identifiers such as your Android Advertising ID (GAID) to serve relevant ads. You can reset or opt out of ad personalisation in your Android device settings under Google → Ads.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process your photos and generate AI outputs you request

• To improve App features, fix bugs, and optimise performance

• To display advertisements that support the free version of the App

• To monitor for security issues and prevent abuse

• To comply with applicable legal obligations

4. Log Data

In the event of an error or crash in the App, we may collect log data through diagnostic tools. This log data may include information such as your device name, operating system version, the app configuration at the time of the error, and the time and date of the error. Log data is used exclusively for debugging and is not linked to your personal identity.

6. Permissions Used

VividNex requests the following permissions on your device:

• INTERNET — required to send photos to our cloud AI processing service, load the theme gallery from our CDN, and display advertisements.

• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — used to check network connectivity before making API or CDN requests.

• WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE — used on Android 9 (API 28) and earlier to save generated images to your device Gallery. On Android 10 and above, images are saved via the MediaStore API without this permission.

None of the permissions listed above require disclosure under Google Play's sensitive permission policy. The App does not use your microphone, camera (the device camera is not accessed by the App — you select photos from your Gallery), precise location, or contacts.

7. Cloud Processing and Data Minimisation

AI photo transformations require cloud processing. When you submit a photo:

• Your image is transmitted securely over HTTPS to our processing servers.

• Processing is performed and the result is returned to your device.

• Source images are deleted from our servers after processing is complete — typically within minutes. We do not retain user photos.

• We do not use your photos or generated outputs to train or improve AI models.

Generated images saved to your device Gallery remain stored locally on your device under your control. We have no access to images stored on your device.

8. Service Providers

We may engage third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our App ("Service Providers"), provide the App on our behalf, or perform App-related services. These third parties have access to your information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. MBit Music Inc's AI processing infrastructure is hosted on cloud services with data encryption in transit and at rest.

9. Advertising

The App is free to download and is supported by in-app advertising. Ads are served by Google AdMob and partner networks listed in Section 5. These networks may use your Android Advertising ID (GAID) to serve interest-based ads.

To opt out of interest-based advertising:

• Open your Android device Settings

• Navigate to Google → Ads

• Tap "Delete advertising ID" (Android 12+) or enable "Opt out of Ads Personalisation" (earlier versions)

Opting out does not remove ads from the App — it means the ads you see will not be personalised based on your interests.

10. How We Protect Your Information

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. We limit access to user data to authorised personnel only.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

European Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

• Right to rectification — you may request correction of inaccurate data.

• Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your personal data.

• Right to restriction of processing — you may request that we limit how we use your data.

• Right to data portability — you may request your data in a portable format.

• Right to object — you may object to our processing of your data where we rely on legitimate interests.

12. Children's Privacy

VividNex is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details in Section 15.

13. Data Retention

We retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy:

• User-submitted photos: deleted from our servers after AI processing is complete (typically within minutes of the request being fulfilled).

• Analytics and crash data: retained in aggregated, anonymised form for up to 24 months.

• Log data: retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes.

Images you save to your device Gallery are stored locally on your device and are under your control. You may delete them at any time from your Gallery app.
