A proud graduate of Eastern Washington University, I earned both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees and have dedicated more than 20 years to serving the Quincy community. After spending two decades teaching English Language Arts at Quincy High School, I now serve as the Future Ready Librarian, where I help all students create meaningful post-secondary plans that align with their goals, strengths, and aspirations.Â
My mission is simple: every QHS graduate deserves a clear, viable path forward and the support needed to pursue it with confidence.
When I'm not working with students, I love spending time with my wife, grandkids, and extended family. I enjoy traveling as often as possible, experiencing new places and cultures, and learning as much as I can along the way. I'm a lifelong learner at heart and believe that curiosity, connection, and adventure make life richer at every age. Also, I LOVE reading! The very first "job" I ever had was working at the little library in my hometown. So this is a full circle opportunity for me.
