In line with the Taoyuan Aerotropolis Project, our school has been designed, founded, and operated as a bilingual, ecofriendly, green-energy, ecological school. In August 2012, the school preparatory office was set up. Construction ran from December 2013 through May 2015, after which the school received its first cohort of students in August 2014. 

During the preparatory phase, the Dayuan International Senior High School and the Wu Cyuan Elementary School of Taoyuan were very helpful with providing faculty and office support. Golden Melody-winning teacher Ric Jan wrote the lyrics and melody of our school song. Every step of the way, we met with gracious assistance from individuals and the community that helped turn Qing Pu Junior High School into a living reality.
