The Training Program
The QoQo Massage Clinics Entrance Training Program is organized every other week by the QoQo Academy in our training center in Rotterdam. In order to apply for the training you must have received a Conditional Job Offer from our recruitment team after your interview. Once you have registered for the training, you can direct all your questions concerning the training to our colleagues in the QoQo Academy by sending an email to academy@vitaline.education.
Training Breakdown
The QoQo Massage Clinics Entrance Training Program for employee candidates
Our training program lasts about 1 month with 6 practical training days and 10 salon days
Training Costs €2000 (No upfront payment required)
Subsidy €1000 (conditions apply)
The QoQo Massage Clinics Entrance Training Program for freelancer candidates
One week training for 32-40 hours
Training Costs €1000 (No upfront payment required)
Training Subisidy €250 (conditions apply)
Opzet van de training: employee candidates
Week 1
Day 1: Practical training
Day 2: Practical training
Day 3: Introduction in the salon, with the option to practice on clients
Day 4: Working/practicing on clients
Week 2
Day 1: Practical training

Week 3
Day 1: Practical training
Day 2–4: Working/practicing on clients
Week 4
Day 1: Practical training
Day 2–4: Working/practicing on clients
Training Program for Freelancers (with experience):
Day 1 & 2 – Practical training focused on our relaxation massage techniques.
Day 3 – Self-study: you will study the theoretical background and work protocols at home.
Day 4 & 5 – Continuation of the practical training, including in-depth practice and feedback sessions.
After completing this intensive week, the freelance contract will be drawn up and you can start working immediately in one of our salons.

Payback Scheme
Our training is completely free when you become an employee or freelancer and staying with us for one year! If for any reason you make the decision to stop with our training, there are key moments in after the training start that you need to keep in mind.
Drop out on day 1 or 2 of the training? There are no costs to be paid back.
Drop out after day 3 of the training but before the exam? 50% of the training costs need to be paid back.
Drop out after the exam or during the remaining 4 week training program? The whole training costs needs to be paid back.
Drop out in the course of the first 8 month your labor/freelance contract? A calculation based on the of the minimum required massage hours will be made for the reimbursement.

If your training location is other than one of the above, you will receive the address to the training location in the email with your training agreement from QoQo Academy.
