At Queen of Heaven, Our Eagles Soar—On and Off the Field
Queen of Heaven’s Sports Program offers students in grades 1 through 8 the chance to shine in a variety of athletic opportunities for both boys and girls. But it's about more than just the game—our program is rooted in building confidence, character, and community.
Through sports, our students learn essential life skills: how to lead with integrity, work as a team, show true sportsmanship, and handle both victory and defeat with grace. Every practice, every game, and every team huddle helps shape well-rounded young individuals who carry these lessons far beyond the playing field.
Participation in athletics is more than just an activity—it’s an important part of the full Queen of Heaven experience.
Before participating in any school sport, including practices and games, all students must have the following on file:
Completed Registration Form
Updated Sports Medical Physical Form (submitted to the school nurse)
Registration Fee ($25 per student, per sport- submitted to the school office)
Uniform Deposit ($75 uniform deposit-submitted to the school office, that can be rolled over from season to season)
Signed Code of Ethics (included in registration)
All required forms and payments must be placed in an envelope labeled: “Queen of Heaven Athletics" and submitted to the school office by the seasonal deadlines.
Do not give forms or payments directly to coaches.
Cash is not accepted.
Students may not participate in any athletic activity until all forms, fees, and deposits have been received.
