It's hard to believe another school year has come and gone already! I'll miss my 25-26 Third Graders like crazy, but am so excited to meet a whole new crew in September. Let’s make sure that our skills stay fresh over the summer.
You can turn just about any summer activity into a Math lesson: -counting dollars and cents to pay for an ice cream cone-checking the clock after lunch to make sure it’s safe to get into the pool-adding points to keep score during a baseball game-using patterns to string together a friendship bracelet or a beaded necklace-figuring out which shapes to combine to build the perfect sandcastle…the list goes on and on!
