All students will be able to use a world language in addition to English to engage in meaningful conversation, to understand and interpret spoken and written language, and to present information, concepts, and ideas, while also gaining an understanding of the perspectives of other cultures. That is how the students make progress in the elementary skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

Learning Spanish requires a positive mindset. Whether you think you can or cannot, you are right! Although the material will become very challenging, you must keep a positive attitude. To be able to fluently speak Spanish, you have to believe it is possible first!

Above all, don't be afraid of making mistakes. You will get better with TIME AND PRACTICE!

• Pencil case
