Arrival & Dismissal Information

Students should report directly to the gym, not our classroom.

School doors open at 7:30AM unless you are a family who signs up for morning CARES coverage (see CARES page).

School begins at 7:55AM.

Students will be marked absent for the day if he/she arrive later than 8:10am.

If know you ahead of time that your child will be late and can let me know, please do as soon as possible.

Lateness are reflected on student's report cards.

All students will be dismissed from the gym.

Parents picking up in car line and the district busses will form a single file line outfront the school door on Summit Avenue. 

Faculty and staff will be outside calling the car riders and busses in the order they are parked beginning at 3:00pm.

Any student who will be dismissing as a walker may not leave the school without a parent or guardian coming to the doors themselves and asking a faculty member for the student(s).

If you are going to be getting our of your car to help your child buckle, please park in the Church parking lot and walk across Easton road to pick up your child or pull into the school's back parking lot, walk around to the front, pick your child up and buckle them back in the parking lot. We cannot have cars parking outfront to buckle or assist their children. This system will keep the line out front moving.

Afternoon CARES coverage is available if interested. If you are sending your child to CARES, please share a copy of the calendar you submit to the office to Mrs. DiAndrea as well.

If there is a change in a student's dismissal plan, please let Mrs. O'Connor (the office secretary) and Mrs. DiAndrea know as soon as possible. 

If same day changes happen, please call the office so they can get ahold of me, as I may not see my email before dismissal time.
