What a great week in Pre-K3 with letter G! We read Gorillas Love Gum , The Gingerbread Man and painted a gorilla art project. We had a blast acting out our story Good Night Gorilla! Everyone loved playing the zookeeper, the gorilla and hiding in the cages with their zoo animals! We worked in small groups to create zoo cages of our very own using crayons and zoo stickers to play with our zoo animals. We moved along to The Goldfish, danced along to Chipmunk at the Gas Pump and enjoyed our fingerplay - These Are My Glasses. We explored the changes in fall with our fall scholastic and movement songs like Fall Freeze Dance and our sensory leaves center. We made a special donut art project to gift our dads! Donuts with Dad was an amazing morning - everyone loved arriving to school with Dad and enjoyed a yummy donut together! ALL smiles Friday morning as they snuggled up for a good book together and showed off their art projects in the hallway - everyone was so excited to give their dad their special donut! We also celebrated Hudson's birthday too - goodies bag came home!

This upcoming week we will introduce the letter H and continue to do activities for the colors yellow and brown, the number 3 and the square shape. We will be thankful turkeys this week as we prepare our hearts with gratitude as we celebrate Thanksgiving with our friends. We will make a few thankful turkeys projects this week - our buddies our coming over on Monday too! Hudson is our Star of the Week and Aadhini is our Mystery Bag friend - can't wait to see what they bring in!
