What a wonderful week to be in Pre-K3! We read The Whale in the Water and danced and wiggled to Herman the Worm and The Wiggle Dance for letter W. We sang He's Got the Whole World in His Hands and water-colored an Earth! We read God is Good All the Time and moved along to the Creation Song! We celebrated Harper's birthday and her mom came in as a Mystery Reader to read Busy Betty! Recycled Robots was tons of fun!!! Harper's mom and sister, Ryann, came in to help us with our builds! We split into three groups, went "shopping" for parts and built one-of-a-kind creations using all types of recyclable items! We built a Spider-Man shooting his web, a pizza-bot robot and a robot pizza car with a chicken! We've been practicing Happy Days and enjoying Play-Doh and drawing this week too! We finished painting our flowers for our Growing in God's Love project and started our letter V is for Vase project. Khyathi was our Star of the Week! She brought in Grumpy Monkey Play All Day to read and a telescope and tie-dye sloth for Show & Tell! Margaret brought in a camera for the Mystery Bag - she gave great clues, lots of great guesses and then we got it!
