The department encourage students to continue with their sporting pathway within the Sixth Form and beyond. Students are encouraged to participate and take the lead in extracurricular activities and join our sports team. Currently, our netball team enter national competitions and continue to receive success at both a local and county level. If competitive sport is not for you, students can utilise our state of the art fitness suite during scheduled sixth form PE sessions and during free time.
Students seeking a career in sport are supported by the department in gaining coaching awards and qualifications and through links with the Black Country Sports Volunteers consortium.
Leadership is a key feature to sport in our sixth form, with students applying for roles as Sports Prefect and Sports Ambassadors.
