School Portraits are provided to QMC students at no cost; however, if families want prints of the images, they must do so on their own. 

School Portrait image files will be shared with students via their school Google Drive. 

Each Student Portrait image file will also be shared with the guardian e-mail on file with the main office upon request. Please make sure that the email that we have on file is up to date and accurate prior to picture day. 

• Our talented Graphic Design & Photography Students will take school pictures during regular school hours during an extended Advisory block. 

• Your Advisory room number will determine your scheduled picture day. The Graphic Design & Photography Students or Yearbook Staff will contact teachers via phone on the days assigned (see below) to come down to the Lower Level Atrium to wait. 

• All students, including seniors, should have their pictures taken. 

• Upon arrival at the LL Atrium, each student will receive a ticket with their name on it. Please check the information for errors and then give the ticket to the photographer just before you have your picture taken. 

• Students will be called into the room one at a time to take their pictures.
