QLIU Pediatrics wants to work with parents in establishing a safe and agreeable immunization schedule for their children based on their family habits, dietary tendencies, and medical history.
Dr. Qing Liu strongly encourages the use of vaccines to aid a child's long-term wellness.
Suggested Immunization Schedule
1 month Hepatitis B (2nd, first dose at the hospital)
2 months DTaP, Hib, Rotarix (Two - Four weeks later Pneumococcal, Polio)
4 months DTaP, Hib, Rotarix (Two - Four weeks later Pneumococcal, Polio)
6 months DTaP, Hib (Rotarix optional) (Two - Four weeks later Pneumococcal)
6 months (During Flu Season) Influenza , Four weeks later Influenza (2nd dose)
9 months Hepatitis B (3rd)
12 months MMR, Varicella
15 months DTaP, Hib
18 months Pnemococcal, Hepatitis A (1st dose)
2 years Hepatitis A (2nd dose)
4 years MMR, Varicella
5 years DTaP, Polio
11- 12 years Tdap, Meningitis Vaccine, HPV series
16-18 years Meningitis Vaccine (2nd dose)
