Capstone Presentation

Queen Creek Theatre Company produced "The Good Doctor," which takes place in Russia following a narrator who guides the audience through a series of stories he has written. The play written by Anton Chekov was opened on September 15th, 2022, in the Queen Creek Performing Arts Center at 7 pm and closed on September 17th, 2022. Our show was produced in the round, which sat audience members onstage in our proscenium-style theater. My task was to design a successful light design for the unique situation of an In-the-round production in a proscenium-style theater. This was an extremely difficult task that challenged me as a designer and overall improved my skills in lighting design.
