To access your daughter's information, click on her image on the home page and view information about your daughter in one handy screen.
Surfacing this information in one screen helps you keep in touch with your daughter's progress, check if she needs help with upcoming assessments, and find who to contact if further help or clarification is needed.
From here, you can:
View your daughter's timetable
View the First Points of Contact for your daughter
View upcoming and recently marked assessments
View your daughter's academic reports
Update her medical details
Let the College know about an upcoming absence
Once you are on your daughter's page, the left-hand column provides you with the following options:
Update Medical Details: Update the medical and emergency contact information the College has about your daughter.
Timetable Schedule: View information relating to this daughter only. This includes her timetable, attendance, event and assessment information. Learn more about the calendar here.
View Contact list of carers of other students in your daughter's year group. Learn more about the carer contact list here.
First Contacts: You can use this section to email your daughter's Compass teacher (or class teacher for K-6 students). You will also have the contact details for your daughter's relevant school admin office including their office telephone number.
First Contacts - teachers: You can expand this section to view your daughter's subject teachers. Clicking on the name of a teacher will open up your default email application, allowing you to email the nominated teacher.
Once you have clicked on your daugther's image and are on her page, you can use 'Update Medical Details' link to open a form to update the medical information the school holds about your child.
Please note - As we have moved to a new system, we are asking all parents to complete a new record of their child's medical information to confirm our records are correct. Once this is done the first time, subsequent uses of the form will be pre-populated with this information to streamline the process of checking and updating this information.

The middle column on your daughter's page contains information about her upcoming and recently marked assessment tasks.
You will see upcoming assessments for the current and following week. This section shows the date, the subject and the name of the task.
Recently marked tasks will show your daughter's mark or grade, whichever is applicable to her school year.
The right-hand column on your daughter's page contains a summary of her Semester Academic Reports which are also available to print as PDF.
You can select a previous academic period by selecting the appropriate academic period from the drop-down list at the top of this column.
The first section is the summary comment from your daughter's Connect teacher. This is followed by her subject reports in the same order as the final official report.
You will need to expand each subject to see details of component tasks and effort indicators for her report.
When printing an Academic Report, you will have the option to print either a Certificate of Achievement or an Academic Report if you select a Semester 2 period. A Semester 1 period will only have the Academic Report to print.
