Based on feedback from the MMG survey, and discussions, feedback from parents is that MyPymble should primarily do two things: “Make it mine” and “simplify communications” from the College.
Take Action: Make it easier for parents to take actions they need to take – such as letting the school know of an absence, or giving permission for their daughter to attend an excursion
Organisation: Help parents know what is on for their family. They have all these notes on the fridge about what is happening when – the Portal will show a combined calendar so they can organise their family time.
Stay informed: Parents want to know when academic reports are available, how their daughter is tracking in her learning, whether she has upcoming assessments, is her attendance/ behaviour going OK? They also want to stay up to date with what’s going on in their year group and Pymble generally.
Quick access: "I want to get to different systems to do things like register for activities or pay my school fees. Make it easy to get there."
Simplification: Help parents access info wherever they are and aggregate all the communication from the College. In February 2021, the Portal will have an app. In the meantime, the site works well on mobile phones.
From the Home Screen, click on your daughter’s photo in the 'My Family' section and you will be taken to her page.
Leave feedback via email by clicking on this link
You can also access this feedback section from the 'Leave Feedback' option within the MyPymble website or the 'Help & Support' section of this site.
The easiest way to find contact details in the website is to click onto your daughter's photo and in her page you can see a list of her class teachers, compass teacher and sub-school contact information. You can click on the required teacher to send them an email or click the sub-school phone number to call them.
In the MyPymble app, you can also click on the card for your daughter to see her sub-school and compass teacher to call or email.
If there is a teacher you would like to contact that is not within this list, your daughter's sub-school or compass teacher would be able to put you in touch with the relevant person.
To update your child's medical details you can click on their photo in both the MyPymble app and website to go to their page. On their page you can click on the 'update medical details link to open a pre-populated form to check and edit her recorded medical information. Click these links to learn more about this on the app and on the website.
Parents/Guardians are contacted in the first instance in an emergency. If parents/guardians are not contactable, the emergency contact will be contacted. Please provide an additional emergency contact that is NOT a parent.
Click on your daughter's image in either the website or app. You will then see a button to view Year Group Contact Lists. Select this button to view a contact list for your daughter.
Click on your name on the top right of the screen to open your profile. You will see a 'Make Payment' link below your Family Reference Number and BPAY number. Click on the 'Make Payment' button to be redirected to the payments page.

You might see a screen like the one below when you log into MyPymble website - where you cannot see any notices nor your child's image. This stops you from being able to click on her image to open her page and see academic progress. To resolve this issue, you should first clear your browser cache. This article explains how to clear your cache on different browsers.

At the top right of the calendar screen select the 'hamburger' menu.
Click 'Refresh calendar' from this menu.
Here is a video that demonstrates how to do this.
Academic reports are best viewed via the MyPymble website. Click on your daughter's image on the home page to open her page. This is not a current feature of MyPymble. We will look at allowing calendar subscriptions as a future feature.

On the MyPymble App, you will get a notification prior to the event (you will also need to enable Notifications on your mobile device).

Click on these links to learn more about the calendar on the website and app.
Only tasks that have been recorded in Edumate will appear in this list. There are some in-class tasks that teachers might give to students directly in the Virtual Classroom (VC). These tasks will not currently show in the Portal.
Yes – beneath the list of upcoming tasks is a list of recently marked tasks that have your daughter’s results.

The MyPymble Website currently does not enable you to organise your own favourite links. As more links are added to the system, you can flag some of the links to appear on your home page, whilst the other links will be available only by clicking on the heading to view all links. You can, however, continue to use your desktop browser's Bookmark functions.

Where appropriate, features of the old Portal will move across to MyPymble. Many features that were accessed via the old Portal and other areas will migrate to the MyPymble if appropriate. The old Portal is now effectively the knowledge base section of MyPymble. If the feature is about you or your daughter, it should come across to MyPymble; if it is about Pymble, it will stay in the old Portal until we have an alternate location for the Pymble Knowledge base/ handbook.
