Calendar

Overview

This is the main Calendar view. The Calendar currently sources data from Edumate in order to offer you the following view options:

Enrolled events
Attendance information
Assessment schedule
Timetable

There are two navigation options for reaching the calendar:

My Daughter's Page >Timetable Schedule
Global Navigation Bar>Calendar

Calendar Functions

There are many ways for navigating and filtering your Calendar such as:

Choose which month you would like to view
Choose between an Agenda, Daily, Weekly, and Monthly view
Move forward and backward by Day, Week or Month (based on your View option)
Choose whose calendar events from your family are included
Choose which event types to search for and display in the Calendar
View Details of a particular calendar event

Filter

Choose to filter the calendar just for a single child, or perhaps just show assessment tasks.

You can also change the view from the default agenda view to a day, week or month view.

Click on 'My Calendar' to show the calendar in a full screen.

Click on Calendar items

You can click on different types of calendar entries to get more information about them.

Currently, clicking on an event will show you the weather, driving instructions, additional information and also some related notices about that event.

We are working on the markbook tasks so that you can see the assessment notification related to that task so you can learn more about what the task involves.

Clicking on a cocurricular activity will soon take you to a screen where you can let the coach know about an absence/ being late for that activity.

The additional information is currently on the web version only. The app popups still show information, but we have yet to add additional features like the linked notices. These will come in Term 2, 2023.
