About Me!

Hello everyone and welcome to Mrs. Dutton's Science Class!  I am so excited to be working with all of you this year.  I wanted to start by telling you a bit about myself.  I received my Bachelor's of Science degree in Geophysics and Space Physics, Teaching Credential, and Master's of Education from UCLA.  I love all things science, especially as it pertains to understanding how the world around us works.  In addition to teaching AP Physics, Honors Physics in the Universe, and CP Environmental Science, I am also the advisor of the Science Olympiad team.  I believe that learning is best achieved through doing, not just memorizing. To that end, we will be "doing" as much as is possible. I'm excited to meet you!
