Meet the Librarian

I started working at BYMS in 2011.  Before that I worked at Glenknoll Elementary as their librarian.  

I graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a Bachelors degree in Education with an emphasis on Reading.  

I have 2 children.  My son graduated from Esperanza and Austin Peay State University.  He is currently working at UMASS Dartmouth as a football coach.  My daughter attends school in the PYLUSD district.

I enjoy working the with students in the library.  I love watching students learn and get excited about reading.
