Using Apptegy's new Thrillshare website and mobile apps, we can easily get the word out to the world that we're doing great stuff here. You can submit short stories, images, links and any other important information quickly and efficiently.

- Live Feed Access: This is where you will go to post items to the Live Feed and the social media outlets.
- Sign Out: Pretty self-explanatory
- Live Chat with Support: These folks have been super useful as I've been learning to navigate the system. If you ever get stuck and I'm not available, feel free to chat with them.
- Settings: Here's where were going to start setting up our account.

It's easy to set the default channels to post our content. The three options are Facebook, Twitter, and the website's Live Feed. These choices will already be selected for you when you go to post content so you don't forget.

- Click on the Settings gear in the bottom left corner of and then click on "Preferences".
- Then Click all three options and click "Save".

Another great thing about the platform is that we can post content under our own names and profiles, or we can do it anonymously as a representative of the district. We're going to set up our own profiles, then set up one that will appear as a generic district account.

- First, in the Settings, choose "Profile" and next to your default profile with your name, click "Edit".
- This is your actual account, so you can upload a photo or change your name if necessary. This profile should represent you, however. We will create a new profile as the generic district profile.
- Be sure to click CREATE when you finish or it won't save.
- Next, go back to the main "Profile" page and on the left side of the screen, where it says "Create Profile" enter PWH 105 for the profile's name, and insert the PWH105 logo as the image. To get the logo, click on the link below to open the image. Then right-click on it and choose "Save As" to download it. Then you can upload the image as the profile's icon.
- Don't forget to click Create!

If you click on the "Post as" dropdown, you can choose from your personal account or from the fake PWH 105 account we created in the earlier section.

Obviously we want to include a message in our posts. There are a few things to bear in mind as you type:

- Make sure any students pictured are not included in our do-not-post-pictures list.
- To be safe, don't use students' full names unless absolutely necessary. If you're unsure, check with each student's parents before posting.
- Twitter has a 280-character limit, so use the little character counter in the upper right corner to make sure you're under that limit.
- Include our school hashtags if you have space. Be sure to include at least the first one if there isn't room for the other two.

- Feel free to use emojis to make the messages pop! Here's a great resource for emojis you can use. Just highlight the ones you want, and copy and paste. ✂️ 📋 👍

To include images, click on the "Upload an Image" link right below the message. You can upload them from your desktop, or you can include them from your phone if you're using the mobile app.
