1. Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening, main Arshad (Counselor Name) baat kar raha hun, Sr Academic Counselor Physics Wallah se.

2. Kya meri baat Naman (Student Name) se ho rahi hai?

2 (a) If the Student says “No”, ask the following and then continue with Point No. 3: Kya Aap Ajay Mummy/Papa/Guardian baat kar rahe hain?

2 (b) If Student says “Yes”: Continue to Point no. 3

4. First of all congratulations on being a part of Physics Wallah Vidyapeeth/Pathsala.

5. (a)If the student picks up the call hai- Kaise hai ap Naman? Kaisi chal rahi hai apki Padhai?
   (b)If parents pick up the call -Kaise hai ap Sir,Naman ki padhai kaisi chal rahi hai?

6. Naman/Sir Jaisa ki main dekh pa raha hun apne Physicswallah (Centre Name) main class(Mention class) /JEE/NEET exam ki preparations k liye registration kiya hai.
   
   

7. I am happy to share ki Naman ki classes April (Mention class start date/month) k first-week se start hone wali hai or ye call admission ki next procedure k regarding guide karne k liye kiya gaya hai.
   
   

8. Registration k next step main aap ko Naman ki 1st EMI pay karni hoti hai taki naman  ko unka batch allocate kiya ja sake  or  ID card , Inventory (jaise ki study material, t-shirt etc.) bhi provide kiya jayega taki wo apni classes start kar sake.
   
   

9. Sir 1st Emi ka payment batch start hone k 7 din k andar karna hota hai so that Naman apni classes 1st-day se attend kar sake and inki koi classes miss na ho.Agr 1st payment main delay hota hai to apka batch access block ho jayega.
   
   

10. To kya main jaan sakta hu ap payment kis method se karenge.( Also take the PTP date here)
