By simply dialing 2-1-1, texting or going to http://www.211ventura.org/ you can be connected to a specialist for personalized assistance with health and human services. 2-1-1 is available in multiple languages, is free, confidential and is one of the best places to gather information for a variety of family and mental health needs.

Logrando Bienstar is a program of Ventura County Behavioral Health designed with the goal to help individuals to access services for a productive and healthy lifestyle. Logrando Bienestar is a program that was developed to walk you through the process of getting well.
Bereavement Support Groups and individual counseling are offered through Livingston Memorial, free of charge to the community. Services are also available in Spanish. Their groups include the Good Grief Club (ages 6-14) and Teenage Grief (ages 15-19) at (805) 642-0239.
