This year will be my 21st year in 1st grade! I started my teaching career up in San Luis Obispo and have since made Camarillo my home base.
I am proud to be teaching with an amazing team of educators here at Rancho Rosal. I was part of the original team of teachers when Rancho first opened, developing our 1st grade program. I have since held various leadership positions: Leadership Team Representative, Site Grade Level Leader, District Presenter for Writing/Literacy & Art workshops, Art Presenter at California Lutheran University. I also work with CSUCI as a Mentor/Master Teacher.
My husband and I have raised our 2 daughters and son right here in Camarillo. Now that our children are grown, we spend our free time visiting them, traveling, hiking, and riding our bikes. I love to be outside at the beach, walking or playing catch with my dog Coco, gardening, reading, visiting Art museums and cooking.
