Homework is designed to give students additional practice to understand concepts.  I also believe it is important that families decide how best to spend their time after school.  Therefore, homework is assigned weekly but is optional for families.  Adults in the family can decide whether they would like their child to complete homework or not, and I will support your decision either way by collecting homework and giving feedback to the student.

Homework is highly encouraged when students are struggling with a concept.
