School Counseling

Welcome Back Students & Families! 

Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! I am excited to begin my ninth year as a school counselor in Pleasant Valley School District and look forward to supporting our students and families throughout the year.

As your school counselor, I have the privilege of supporting all students through classroom lessons, small counseling groups, restorative practices, crisis support, and academic interventions. I also collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to help ensure that each student has the support they need to thrive.

I am dedicated to helping students thrive academically and personally while developing the social-emotional skills, confidence, and resilience they need to navigate school and life. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where every student feels seen, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential. 

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my two sons, my husband, and our dog, Teddy. I am a native Spanish speaker and enjoy traveling to Mexico where I love immersing myself in the culture, traditions, and beautiful places. 

I look forward to working with you and your child and making the 2026–2027 school year a successful, positive, and memorable one!
