Our REQUIRED family meeting is Tuesday, Feb. 3 at 6:30 PM in the cafeteria. Each student must attend with 1 parent or guardian.  

FLIGHT TIMES for Feb. 27:

You will arrive at PVHS at 4:15 AM, depart for the airport at 5 AM, and arrive at MCO at 10:54 AM.

American Airlines flight #2084 (Behl, Baker, Wharton)

Arrive at PVHS at 4:45 AM, depart for the airport at 5:30 AM, and arrive at MCO at 11:34 AM.

*****TRAVEL INSURANCE: Although travel insurance is not required for the senior class trip to Disney, we strongly recommend taking advantage of the opportunity. Please see the documents below, and note that Travel Insured is a 3rd-party company and PV cannot help you answer any insurance questions you may have.

The attachment "Perkiomen Valley HS" contains a website link that is specific to our school for the purchase of optional travel insurance. Please click on that link to visit Travel Insured if you are interested in purchasing the insurance. When prompted, indicate that your initial deposit was made on the date you are filling it out (with the latest date being 10/3/25 if you are filling it out between 10/3 and 10/16). 

Do not call to try and book since you may not get the student policy/pricing and your policy will not be linked to the group.

The attachment “SD23” is a flyer that outlines the pricing and terms and conditions. There is a telephone number for Travel Insured on this flyer if you have any further questions please contact them directly.

The optional “Cancel For Any Reason” must be purchased by the time-sensitive date listed on the “High School” attachment (10/16/25). No exceptions can be made.
