SAVE THE DATE!!! Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at 6:45PM sharp is the required family meeting in the HS cafeteria. Students should attend with a parent or guardian. The meeting should last approx 1.5 hr.
Required medical form: MEDICAL FORM: CLICK HERE Please complete the required medical form no later than December 20, 2024.
Information, registration form, itinerary, and all required paperwork to register for the Disney senior class trip are below. Remember, to register for the trip, the student must join the Google Classroom page, complete the registration form, return the signed contract AND pay the $200 nonrefundable deposit. We have a few spots open and can accept students up through September 20.

PACKAGE PRICE: $1,690.00 PER PERSON, QUAD OCCUPANCY
First Payment (non-refundable): $200 per seat is due by Friday, June 7th, 2024
Second Payment: $375.00 on or before Thursday, August 29th, 2024
Third Payment $375.00 on or before Friday, September 27th, 2024
Fourth Payment: $375.00 on or before Friday, October 25th, 2024
Final Payment: $365.00 on or before Friday, November 22nd, 2024
The final cost will be determined based on the number of students who participate. At this time, the cost is as listed above $1,690.00 for quad occupancy.
*First Payment must be made by cash or check (Made payable to PVHS) and turned in to Ms. Behl (129) or the Main Office secure drop box just outside the main office.

***All other payments can be made online in the fee portal, or by cash or check.

Travel Insurance Infomation:
Although travel insurance is not required for the senior class trip to Disney, we strongly recommend taking advantage of the opportunity. Please see the attached documents, and note that Travel Insured is a 3rd-party company and PV cannot help you answer any insurance questions you may have.
The attachment "Perkiomen Valley HS" contains a website link that is specific to our school for the purchase of optional travel insurance. Please click on that link to visit Travel Insured if you are interested in purchasing the insurance. Do not call to try and book since you may not get the student policy/pricing and your policy will not be linked to the group.
The attachment “SD23” is a flyer that outlines the pricing and terms and conditions. There is a telephone number for Travel Insured on this flyer if you have any further questions please contact them directly.
The optional “Cancel For Any Reason” must be purchased by the time-sensitive date listed on the “High School” attachment (10/14/24). No exceptions can be made. The first deposit date to indicate on the paperwork is October 1, 2024 (the date PV paid our travel company).
No travel insurance can be purchased once the final payment has been made to the school.
