It has been a joy joining the Ormondale community. I feel very welcomed and I can clearly see the profit of teachers, administrators and parents working closely together. Prior to teaching here I taught in the Moreland School district in San Jose. I have my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction and my Multiple Subject Credential from San Jose State University. In San Diego I received my Bachelor's Degree in Cross-Disciplinary Teacher Education. Teaching has been a a passion of mine since senior year of high school and ever since them I haven't been able to leave the classroom.

This summer my high school sweetheart and I got married near Santa Cruz. We traveled on a two week trip to Thailand and had a blast exploring the beaches and islands. I have always had a travel bug and have been as far as Zimbabwe and Ecuador and can't wait to travel more places. Camping, rock climbing, and backpacking have been a growing passion over the past few years. At home I thoroughly enjoy cooking new things and tending to my garden.
