Arrival: 5:30 

When you arrive, you will not be allowed in the venue until 5:30, so plan your evening accrodngly. You will be asked to present any bags for searches. You will then proceed to your designated table, and once inside, you will not be allowed to leave and return. Once inside, you are there for the night.
