NAVIGATING THE FAFSA APPLICATION WITH EASE
WHAT IS THE FAFSA
FAFSA determines eligibility for federal financial aid including scholarships, grants, student loans, parent loans, and work-study options. It must be completed each year.
CREATING YOUR FSA ID
The student & parent must create an FSA ID (username & password).
This must be completed at least 5 days before starting FAFSA (for processing time to verify your identity with Social Security Administration).

Use your computer or laptop and go to www.fafsa.gov
Login using your FSA ID
Fill out student and parent sections (have tax information available)

Paradise Valley Community College (PVCC) regularly hosts FAFSA Workshops at their campus throughout the school year.
Please bring your FSA ID, tax documents, and any other necessary documents you may need to complete the application.
