What if I lose or damage a book? You have three options:
Our preferred option is to replace the book with a NEW copy. We ask that damaged items be returned in whatever condition.
In order to pay online, you will need to log into the InTouch system. Please use the QR code for your convenience.
You may also pay the fee by check or cash in the MTMS school office.
If a Chromebook is not working as expected, please try:
Restarting your computer.
Turn off your Chromebook by pressing one of the power buttons, or by clicking into the menu in the bottom-right corner and selecting the power icon.
Press and hold down the "refresh" button (which is located just above the 3 and 4 keys) and tap the power button.
Clearing the cache
This can be done by clicking the three dots in the upper right hand corner, then looking for "Settings", then "Privacy and security", and then "Clear browsing data". You will see a popup appear. It is important to verify the following items before clicking the "Clear Data" button. Make sure all three checkboxes are selected, and the drop down says "All Time". This will ensure all potential issues are cleared.
What if my Chromebook breaks or is not working?
If your Chromebook stops functioning, or is damaged, please contact the library.
A long term loaner Chromebook will be issued to you until your device is repaired and returned.
Your non-functioning device will be sent to the district's IT department for repair.
The IT department will notify you of damage, repair, and any fines incurred.
Once fines are paid, your repaired Chromebook will be returned to you.
