Special Note About Online Shopping: More common online retailers like Amazon and Ebay can be a great resources for purchasing accessories like shoulder rests, books, etc. As always when buying online be sure to double check the description and details to make sure you are buying an item that goes with your instrument. In the case of shoulder rest be sure to check that it matches the size instrument your child plays. However, I DO NOT recommend buying instruments online. I love my online shopping as much as the next person, but you never know who you are really buying from or what you are getting on mass retail sites with multiple suppliers. Retailers may have little to no knowledge of the instruments they are selling, even if they describe themselves as a “music store.”
