These items also make great gifts for Valentine's Day or Mother's Day! We chose an environmentally ethical company to work with who shares our enjoyment of flowers and gardens. The Environmental Club is collecting old cell phones and tablets to send to a recycling center. Please bring in your old cell phones or tablets to put in the e-waste bin in the main hall for recycling! If you wanted to dispose of old electronics on your own, you might have to pay a fee, but with our e-waste collection- it's free!!
Bring in your old cell phones and tablets- they could be damaged or have cracked screens- that’s ok, we will still take them.
Before you bring them make sure you restore the original factory settings and turn off any gps or “find my phone” apps. If your phone or tablet can be charged, please charge it before dropping it off. If the device has a damaged battery, we cannot take it, please do not bring in any device with a damaged battery.
The PVHS Environmental club will receive a small donation for each device that we will use to further our environmental educational opportunities. We appreciate your help in achieving our goal of recycling e-waste in our community.
